I am Group Chief Technology Officer at Juicebox, where I own the technology strategy behind two digital agencies across Australia and Indonesia. Over 25 years I have worked across B2B, education, healthcare, finance, e-commerce and non-profit - and the throughline has always been the same: turn a messy problem into a platform that scales and actually moves the business.

I lead a 25-strong engineering and DevOps team. Day to day that means multi-tenant AWS architecture built for resilience, security and cost; AI-driven automation that has taken roughly 20% off operational costs year on year; and real work on Ethereum and Solana to build networks and on-chain products rather than chase price. I also drive our roadmaps, vendor partnerships and ISO 27001 certification across both regions.
